1. Who We Are

BNDRYIQ is operated by Chonky Heads LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the BNDRYIQ platform (web and mobile applications).

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, and password (hashed). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google OAuth.

Property Data: Addresses, parcel IDs, coordinates, photos, drone footage, property descriptions, and other details you provide about your properties.

Pilot Profiles: Display name, business name, service area, contact email, phone number, hourly rate, and portfolio links — all voluntarily provided.

Usage Data: Listing views (anonymized fingerprint), feature usage, and interaction patterns to improve the Service.

Payment Information: Processed and stored entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other financial information on our servers.

Location Data (Mobile): With your permission, we access your device location to center the map and provide location-based features. This data is not stored on our servers.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

  • Social Security numbers
  • Bank account or credit card numbers (Stripe handles this)
  • Government-issued ID documents
  • Health or biometric data
  • MLS listing data (MLS numbers on our platform are user-entered reference numbers only)

4. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and improve the Service
  • Display your public listings and pilot profiles to other users
  • Process transactions and manage your subscription/credits
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, listing expiration warnings, pilot request notifications)
  • Generate aggregated, anonymized county-level statistics for public data pages
  • Compute property intelligence scores (Buildability Index, Huntability Index) using your property location data combined with public government data sources

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

  • With your consent: When you make a listing public or share it via a link
  • With service providers: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), AWS (video rendering), Mapbox (maps)
  • For legal compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or court order
  • Aggregated data: Anonymized, aggregated county-level statistics may be displayed publicly on data pages. These never identify individual users or specific properties.

6. Third-Party Data Sources

BNDRYIQ retrieves publicly available data from government APIs to enrich property information. These sources include USGS, FEMA, EPA, FCC, USDA, Wisconsin Statewide Parcels, NLCD, and Open-Meteo. This data is publicly available and is not derived from your personal information.

7. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security enabled. Authentication tokens are encrypted. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All connections use TLS/SSL encryption.

We retain your account data for the duration of your account. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your property data
  • Opt out of non-essential emails

9. Cookies and Tracking

BNDRYIQ uses essential session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks. Analytics are collected via anonymized, first-party methods only.

10. Children's Privacy

BNDRYIQ is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
