Terms of Service

BNDRYIQ provides a marketplace that facilitates connections between property owners and drone operators. BNDRYIQ is not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction between users.

Drone operators listed on BNDRYIQ are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of BNDRYIQ or Chonky Heads LLC. We do not employ, supervise, direct, or control drone operators or their work.

Users are solely responsible for their own insurance, FAA licensing (Part 107 certification), compliance with federal, state, and local drone regulations, and any agreements entered into with other users.

BNDRYIQ does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or timeliness of services provided by drone operators. BNDRYIQ does not verify FAA certifications, insurance coverage, or regulatory compliance of drone operators unless expressly stated.

Any disputes arising from transactions between users must be resolved between those users. BNDRYIQ may, at its discretion, assist in dispute resolution but is not obligated to do so.

You retain ownership of content you upload to BNDRYIQ (photos, videos, property descriptions, annotations, documents). By uploading content, you grant BNDRYIQ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, process, and store that content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide, including property addresses, parcel IDs, MLS reference numbers, and property details. BNDRYIQ does not independently verify user-submitted information.

MLS Reference Numbers: Any MLS numbers entered on BNDRYIQ are user-provided reference data only. BNDRYIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any Multiple Listing Service (MLS). MLS numbers are displayed as unverified reference identifiers and are not sourced from MLS data feeds.

BNDRYIQ aggregates data from publicly available government sources including but not limited to: USGS, FEMA, EPA, FCC, USDA NRCS, Wisconsin Statewide Parcels (ArcGIS), NLCD, and Open-Meteo. This data is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

Property valuations, buildability scores, huntability scores, and other computed metrics are algorithmic estimates based on available data and should not be relied upon as professional appraisals, surveys, or legal determinations.

BNDRYIQ offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Credits are consumed when using certain AI-powered features and video rendering. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit costs, and feature availability with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

BNDRYLANDS outdoor features (wind forecasts, solunar data, huntability scores, land cover analysis, public land layers) are provided for informational and pre-season planning purposes only.

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable hunting, fishing, and drone regulations in their jurisdiction. BNDRYIQ does not provide legal advice regarding wildlife regulations, drone usage for hunting, or land access rights.

Drone use for hunting: Regulations regarding the use of drones to locate, track, or scout game animals vary by state and season. Users must research and comply with their state's Department of Natural Resources regulations before using drone services in connection with hunting activities.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BNDRYIQ AND CHONKY HEADS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON PLATFORM DATA, DRONE OPERATIONS COORDINATED THROUGH THE MARKETPLACE, OR DECISIONS BASED ON AI-GENERATED ANALYSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

BNDRYIQ does not provide real estate brokerage services and is not licensed as a real estate broker or agent under Wisconsin DSPS regulations. Property listings on BNDRYIQ are created directly by property owners (For Sale By Owner) or their authorized representatives.

Videos generated by BNDRYIQ display the BNDRYIQ watermark only and do not include agent or brokerage branding, in compliance with Wisconsin DSPS advertising rules.
